A: didn't travel in one huge pack
and
B: were a bit more lenient in the rules

I just don't find holding R2 at exactly X pressure, going Y mph for 20 minutes avoiding cars <12mm away on all sides fun nor relaxing.

I would much rather cruise with 1 or 2 other people going 180 or so on SSRX, pulling flybys and tunnel blasting.

And google days the definition for moderate is: average in amount, intensity, quality, or degree. So if he was driving at an average speed of 180mph then he was cruising in my opinion.
