As of now, I can see everyone. When you were in the lobby though, no I could not see you.

Hello guys! I am uh.. a new member! (WHaT will add me when he gets back he said. So I have a question. When it says, No racing tuning parts, is that restricted to power mods or suspension a brakes? My car has racing suspension hard and racing brakes on. I was just wondering. Thanks :D

Despite that I constantly break that rule most of the time, it's mostly directed at power tuning mods. Racing brakes is a bit controversial, but suspension doesn't matter. It's not like we take notice of that rule from the get go like some other rules.

I think the main reason why that rule was created is to prevent people from using racing exhaust in cops/cruise lobbies. You should be fine with racing brakes.
