You wouldnt necessarily need video.Just some dramatic music, text and pictures fading in and out.

The calendar is decided too* and we will race weekly. Because Pagey can only make it every 2 weeks I propose that we allow him to race the GT40 and make it a team of 4 if the car makes the cut. If it doesnt it wont be an issue as only the top 2or 3 results per team go towards the drivers championship.
Ok, we can either start before xmas or early Jan.
1. Pre season race before xmas and start proper in Jan (rhy, ellis, Tom)
2. Start before xmas
3. Start in Jan. (joe)

Make a choice fellas.

* I have disregarded Furinkazens votes as he hasnt signed up in case your wondereing about the calendar, I chose the Ddraig Goch track as the directors choice.

I'll pick option 3, as we may not have a new router in time otherwise.
 
Hmmm maybe have a small like 3 race championship to test the water as it would ;)

To save time, instead of finding a setup for the Jag and comparing it with the GT40, I'll compare the Ferrari with the GT40 instead.

I'll start my testing shortly.

I won't forget. 👍 Once I start this should only take 30 mins or so.

EDIT: Can you set Ddraig Goch to online so we can download it?

No it's not there. Maybe you only favourited it? I have sandman on my list so I'll grab it from him if he has it up.

I tested the Ferrari and GT40 at Rome. The tune has really helped the GT40, it handled fine. The Ferrari was about 3 tenths quicker around Rome. Time to try another track.

Basically the GT40 handles slightly worse than the Ferrari, but has more power.
 
He has it available for sure.
3 tenths? That sounds promising mate, I am sure mustard can tame it 👍

It's tame anyway now, just not quite as nimble in the corners as the others.
 
Thats ok, as I remember it has always been a bit of a handful anyway. Thanks for testing 👍
 
I vote for a pre season race before Christmas 👍

Nice to see my original GT favourite Autumn Ring on the schedule!

Tom-Its a popular track, I voted for it. Its too small for anything faster than touring cars but a great layout.
 
GT40 is 1.5 seconds slower than the Ferrari at SSR5. 👎
 
Not good, what about spa? Something more flowing with high speed sections?

I just finished Laguna Seca. GT40 is .6 slower than the Ferrari. Oddly, the GT40 has less power oversteer than the Ferrari, and is easier to control coming out of low speed corners.

I'll try Spa now.

Would love to sign up but dont have a GT40, wanted to join the other Ford team but its full :( and id vote 1 in that last post, pre season race before xmas.

GT40 is 1.2 slower than the Ferrari round Spa. It seems that taming the GT40 meant giving it a lot of understeer, which is now its main problem.
