I'm going to Invert my CSP's soon, but I want to know a couple of questions.

1) How safe is it? How safe for my CSP's, what do I need to watch out for, what should I do really, really carefully.

2) What tools do I need? Anything small to work around the PCB?

3) How quickly is it done?

4) Will it void my warranty if something goes wrong?

5) Should I grab the connectors by the plastic? Or by the wires? Should I grab anything by the wires? Should I even touch the wires?
