Clutch Pedal and TH8A shifter not working on PS4

Hi! So, I am new to the game and have just started playing on the PS4 version, I am using a recently purchased T300RS GT Edition and the TH8A Shifter. My issue is I cannot get the clutch or the shifter to work. I am in PS4 mode (amber light) and the shifter is plugged into the base. I have used a car that I believe has a clutch (the mini you get early game) however when I press the clutch or use the shifter nothing happens. I am in manual mode on the settings and the paddles work fine. Grateful for any help you guys can offer.

You may have to update your wheel base and shifter on your PC, I’d give that a try first.

In Sports Mode clutch and h-shifter are disabled. Clutch and H-shifter only works in SP and user lobbys.
