So does anyone with a wheel experience this? with the new update I was testing out the new amuse s2000 (stock) and everything worked fine but when i fully tuned the transmission the clutch doesn't work anymore is this a known bug?

This is the same for any car! Been like that since release.

Upgrading the gearbox means changing it to a racing straight cut gearbox that doesn't need the clutch to change gears. The same way you can't use the clutch on the racing cars.
Not exactly how it works in real life (most straight cut gearboxes still have an operational clutch), but it gives you the "advantage" of using the paddles when you upgrade the gearbox (not that you couldn't use paddles with a standard gearbox, but you get the point).

The gearbox on the Amuse S2000 is decent - just do every other upgrade and leave the stock transmission. Have fun :)
