cockpit help pleaseee

i live in perth, western australia and i'm sick and tired of searching for a cockpit!
wondering if anyone knows anywhere locally or the best option for finding one, perhaps to resemble a go-cart, but beggars cant be choosers so any help is greatly appreciated!
