Cockpit View can be adjusted in pause menu, Can other views be adjusted like chase c?

I was wondering this while watching a Standard car video.

That would be nice as Ive primarily used chase cam since the first time I played a proper racing game (GT1), but I see it being unlikely. Fingers crossed, though
