Cockpit view problem?

Has anyone else had the problem where the view in the cockpit changes slightly so you can see less of the road? I've just been playing and randomly the driver seems to be looking down slightly, so I see more of the steering wheel and less of the road.

Anyone else had this problem/know how to fix it?

I think it's car dependent, you can only change the zoom level, I notice in some cars they make you look down a little, like the FD2 civic Type R.
 
It's in the Mercedes SLS - The view was fine but then randomly looked down after the while...Like the driver was tired or drunk or something?!
 
When you are braking, the drivers point of view will point slightly downwards because of the g-forces :)

But in this instance, the view has stayed like that. Is this a known bug?
