code for extension

Hello I have a problem activating an extension code that I bought here : https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B00I3P39IE/, I followed the instructions and entered the code into my Sony account.

From the console (plugged in RJ45) I went to Playstation store, I made "use code", I entered it, it was valid, and after having "continue" the screen remained frozen on the image for several hours without my being able to do anything. And the credits were not added ... I tried several times without success ... What to do to get my credits please? Thank you.

I can’t reach the buyer and I don’t know how to contact amazon... :(

There is a Help section at the bottom of Amazon website click on that, or contact PlayStation support in your country.

Go into your orders on amazon, select this item and tell them you have an issue with it.

Although as you have been having issues with GT6, it might be an issue with your install.
