Which car is it?
If Mazda Roadster, I went straight (veering when necessary to tag more obstacles) toward the blocks at the end and looped around theleft side before contact to get the cones behind them and continued diagonally after rounding the boxes.
If Lotus, drive smoothly and pick out clumps of cones while knocking over as many cones as possible between them.
No considerable difficulty with either, I'm not sure where anyone has trouble.
