I just bought this game, And yet I have to check it out. I'll post a review about it soon as I get to play it. Ive heard good things about this game, and on the cover and in the manual the damage and graphics look wonderful. Well if anyone else has this, post on what you think about it.:D
 
It is ok, not that good...I rented it around March or a little after it was released, and I found it fun for a while, but then not being able to do the WRC with any car but the Focus really pissed me off.
 
I rented CMR3 last weekend and at first I thought it sucked ass cause I couldn't get first place. It'd been over a year since I played and rally game but as soon as I got the hang of speed and actually listening to the co-driver for the gear I should be in for a turn it became pretty damn good. I just had to realize when I shouldn't be taking a turn in 6th gear and actually finish with all the peices still on the car. It'd be worth a buy for me but I've never tried that other one, WRC or something.
 
but like any other game it's got flaws in it.
but all in all to me this is the reall deal. i have v rally 3, w.r.c., shox, pro-rally2002, collin mcrae 3 tops them all. eventhough there are some annoying little things as mentioned before like not being able to do a championship except in a focus, and there is that auto saving thing....it just kills me.
to get the most fun out of it go manual. manual kicks ARSE. when driving on asphalt the gear shifting never stops with me. i go from first gear to sixth with in 4 to 5 seconds and then back down.i'm telling you it's so sweet :D
 
I don't see it ether. But I don't car about the autosave, I care about the secret cars that are shown CMR3 video. OMG, I saw the Lancia Stratos and the Ford RS200! Im just racing for those.
 
Not sure cause it's been weeks since i rented now but I remember I had to turn it on. I think it was when i first booted up the game, it asked me if I wanted to autosave.
