Colour obsession - do you have one?

For some reason that must be linked to some toys I had back in the 70s I always paint my supercars gold, muscle cars green and road cars blue. I even created dup accounts to gift myself paint chips!

What's your colour vice?
 
Yellow. I'm painting all my cars in solid or matte yellow. Even my real life bike and car is yellow :lol:
 
I alway pay the cars like they "feel right"

so my furai got a dark black and my lambo got a yellow paint and my elise got a racing green. it just have to feel right on that car :/
 
Light greens ( matte light green , lime green metalic fantasigrun etc)!! And I also send the especial paint chips from my other accounts
 
I can't paint my Furai (I did try) but I am not too worried because it is black anyway. Also noticed I could not paint my C1 Corvette which was black. Fortunately the Blue one appeared in the Collector's Dealership for a cheaper price!

I used to go for a lot of Blue cars. Out of the 11 cars I have owned in real life 4 of them were blue. I now seem to have wider tastes on what colour I buy cars though most of the time I try to avoid silver. I did buy the Premium Mercedes SLR McLaren in silver because I prefer the interior colour. I am patiently awaiting the arrival of the correct black for the car with the daily Paint Chips! Hmmm... think I may be a little obsessive over this!
 
Depends on the car, but I almost always want to paint my cars orange, yellow, black, or white. Orange being my favorite.
 
I paint most of my cars black with lime green wheels. (much like those in the ISF Super GT)
It's just so nice!

I'm only getting 10 museum cards each day. No daily Paint chips. What gives?
 
I hadn;t noticed until you said this but I paint most cars orange, exclusive cars black and the rest lime green ore white.
 
Black till they invent a Darker Colour .

Oh and Passionate Pink for some of the Exotic Sportcars for Online Races just to really make me Laugh and make people Drive Faster .

I mean would you really like to be Beaten by a Pink Car :lol:

Lol, I would HATE it. You then need a nickname like "emogurl96" or something to really piss people off hehe.

On topic, all my cars are black. It is just the most elegant and passive-aggressive colour. There are two exceptions though, my countach and my F40, both are red.

Everything else...black.
 
I don't really paint my cars, I have only painted a few, hence why I have 358 different paints on my main account. So if anyone needs a certain one I would be happy to send it to you, I don't have any Chromes though before anyone asks.
 
I have a fixation with White and Black. I've had too start mixing it up now as I'm trying to get that colorful trophy. Also all my MR-2's seem to come in Blue Mica, really annoying.

I have a fetish for Silver Chrome for my stupid drift cars and Black for all of my Cop cars for Cops N Robbers.

Ever see a Toyota Sports 800 drift by in Silver Chrome? Probably me :lol:
 
I'm not really bothered, but it does depend on the car. The only colour I specifically pick is British Racing Green for my British cars (unless there's a nicer colour available...)

I also usually leave them in stock colours. I've only painted 4 cars so far. I've got a Dark Green RX8, a BRG RS200, a chrome orange ISF Concept, and a Plum Crazy Challenger (I picked Plum Crazy for the '70 Challenger when I bought it, but when I race modified it, it became white, so I painted it Plum Crazy again....)
 
Burnt orange, or darker orange shade bodies. Lotus Isotope Green or BMW Tiaga (Green) Metallic on the wheels. Also dark red shade bodies with TVR Reflex Purple on the rims.

My Countach LP400 is Giallo Hallys (Gallardo paint) cause ARANICIO sounds stupid for orange. My bro painted my chrome Veyron pink as a practical joke. now i have no more chrome silver. :(

I did the same thing. Classy.

I don't have a color I paint all of my cars, but I'm waiting on a Matte Brown so I can do up a set of cars with Matte Brown with Metallic Light Blue wheels.
 
Mostly Greys and Silvers for me. I haven't repainted many cars but any I buy I will choose those colours(preferably darker ones)

I have a small collection of WR Mica blue that I am saving for any Subarus I buy in the USD that happen to be other than blue.
 
I am into British Racing Green but any Dark Green will do with Gold Wheels. I have painted most of my favorite cars with that combination.
