Realistically think about this. GT4 came out like 4 months ago ,it'll probably take a few years for GT5 to come out, but if i'm wrong don't flame me I don't get out much.

GT5 won't be the next version. "GT4 For The PS3" (or "Vision Gran Turismo", or whatever they call it) will be. Its pretty much ready to go right now:

The Vision seems to be pretty much like GT Concept.

It'll definitely be years before GT5 comes out, but i did see somewhere that they had been working on it alongside of GT4, so maybe it won't be as long as it would be if they were only starting it now. Car modelling for the PS2 took 2 weeks per car or so they said, so it'll probably take twice as long for modelling on the PS3 not to mention the tracks.

"Vision Gran Turismo" isn't confirmed to be ANYTHING except what words showed up at the end of the screen for this trailer.

There is no confirmation that this is a "Prologue" or "Concept" type game, there is no confirmation that this is for any game at all.
