This is really true for Halo 2 but I think that comic strip goes for any online game. Your trying so hard to hear what the online players are saying while your GF is talking about something else. "sure" "yup" "ok baby, yup love you" ....... Then you realize you forgot the hit the mute button....

omg that reminded me of something...last night I was playing, and I forgot that I DID hit the mute button in the lobby, so I played the whole entire match while the mute button was on, it sucked and I felt like a retarded fool, because I was talking the whole time, (trash, strategizing, etc.) damn but I got over it quickly

I have to admit my girfriend is getting smarter now. After she asks me a series of questions and I keep saying "ok baby" "sure" and "yup", she then asks me "ok now what did I just say". Just to see me try to stumble my words trying to piece together what I thought I heard. Thats just cruel.
