SCEA has admitted that a few times. We just don't see the evidence every day.
However, not once but twice this week they were on the GT forum there.

Today, a GT on-line developer said: "We're working on a web site that'll show the top 100 rankings of each car/category."

If there is FFB on GTHD for ps3, does that mean I can play GT4 on my ps3 with FFB on my wheel????

I'd try it out but cant right now.

not yet, there needs to be an update that enables the FFB from the 47 PS2 games [GT4 being one of them] named in the Immersion v Sony lawsuit, which has since been settled.
