Comparing lap times to real life?

Wondering if anyone else has been doing this. I've been running laps at the Nordscheliefe all night trying to compare times to this list.

So far I've done:
Lexus LFA SH tires 7:35.993 vs real life 7:38
McLaren SLR SH tires 7:39.274 vs real life 7:40
Viper ACR SH tires 7:16.299 vs real life 7:22
Ford GT SH tires 7:30.457 vs real life 7:40.6

I managed to synchronize both videos there. Very cool, and the only problem with GT5 is that it's far too bright and colourful.
