Hey guys, I've recently purchased the "Complete Pack" DLC but I'm unable to get it to work and I'm wondering if any kind folks here might have a solution to it.

My GT5 is Region 3 (Asia) and my PSN account is also Asia (Singapore) so region blocking is certainly not the cause.

I've certainly been charged for the DLC as it shows under my transaction history but nothing in my "Download List"

Accessing GT5's Downloadable Content feature yields a "No Purchased Content Found" message

The DLC shows up in my PSN services list

I've tried deleting the game data and re-installing all the updates from scratch but to no avail.

I've also contacted PSN customer service but they're taking forever to get back to me.

It'll be great if someone here knows a fix to my problem, Thanks!

Did you try the game on the same account you bought the DLC on? Otherwise you need to download the family packs too. Even if you did use the same account you could try the family packs. Unfortunately they don't work for suits and paints, but at least you will have the cars and tracks.

Yeah, i'm using them on the same PSN account, strangely, even with the family, none of the DLC are enabled or activated... this is vexing.

Have you tried accessing the DLC through the game? I mean, launch the game and check downloadable content from there?

I'm having the same issue but it won't let me download the family upgrade. it says its not accessible with this account. i called Playstation and they couldn't do anything for me. can someone please help. I've tried everything i can think of.

you get a virtual recite via email PS should reimburse you

You have to download the Family Upgrades (last check there are two, one for the car pack, one for the track pack), but you have to access the PS store from the account that you bought the complete pack #1 from. Then, once both are downloaded and installed, you boot up the game on the secondary accounts and right before you go to the GT Life screen, look all the way to the right and click the "Downloadable Content" button to install the packs on your secondary accounts.

Only the car pack and track pack work for this. No paints or gear on secondary accounts without buying separate Paint or Gear Packs directly for those accounts.

Again, the above is premised on the fact that you purchased either the complete pack #1 or both the car pack and the track pack from DLC #1 and have already successfully installed them on the account that you purchased them from.

i have installed the car and track packs and it still will not let me download the family update. it says it isn't accessible on this account. the guy at playstation got the same message when he tried it on his ps3, so i know its not just me.

Hmm, then I am out of ideas. It sounds like a PS Store issue. I hope you get it sorted and if you do, update this thread, in case the fix can help others, too. 👍

Have you tried going to Account Management > Transaction History (not to sure of the exact names) and redownload and reinstall the dlc ?

it installed just fine so i am not sure if this will do anything.

also i bought the second car pack at the same time and it worked just fine with sharing between the accounts.

EDIT:

i just went into my master account where i downloaded the original content, went to download history (i think, just below transaction management) and found it had automatically downloaded the family upgrades. from there i installed them. they didn't show up in the initial completion of the downloads. i hope this makes sense. basically go to your download history of the account you purchased the DLC with and the family upgrades should be there.
