Condemned 2+Cathodictubetv= flickering

Hi all I have a small philips cathodic tube tv, ps3 and condemed 2.
the problem is that i cant read the messages on screen cause the flickering is too much. playable tho...any way to maybe change the refresh rate output? maybe it s the problem...thanks for any comment.
