Confused About The Weather System

I understand that the weather changes but the only way i can get it to change is from raining to dry. When i started races that start sunny and then put the weather change setting on 10 it just gets cloudy. Am i doing it the wrong way round or does it have to be a really long race for it to start raining? thanks for any response in advance 👍

It's dynamic, there's no guarantee it will or will not rain.

It can take a long time for weather to switch..

It could also start raining in 5 minutes or less. You can't predict the weather. All you can do is decide how free to do its own thing it is.

I like it! by the case, does anyone remember if 4H endurance in Nurb has changeable weather?
