For those who do not know, our man Specialized had set wheels in motion to go to University...

It is with great and proud pleasure that i can now tell everyone that over the weekend, he was accepted and will be starting in September as a mature student (define mature!), studying for four years for an Mcomp Masters degree in Computing and Cybernetics. If he does well in this he will then have the option to study for a PHD and become a doctor!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!

not even your mum is prouder than i am!!

Thanks Dan, im going to be studying at Lincoln university. They got a pretty good reputation for computing and the course suits what i want. I can also tell my boss to stick this boring job where the sun dont shine too! :trouble:

Lincolnshire - most of the farms around there grow nothing but cabbage - the whole county smells like boiled cabbage for some reason. Strange but true. I'm sure you'll become acclimatized.

Well done, I know a few people who went to Uni there and they loved it.... off thread...... "well done specialized... the first bike I've ever ridden that lasted more than a year"

Whats further north than Lincolnshire? I thought it went Lincolnshire, Nothumberland, Yorkshire then so on...
