In the process of saving up money:nervous:

I've managed to narrow down to 3 vehicles that I plan to get. For those of you that don't know...I used to own 3 previous cars...a 240sx, EG, and DC2 Gsr.

I've had my fair share of Hondas...now I think it's time for me to move onto something better.

After playing an extensive amount of hours on Gran Turismo 4...I've come to a conclusion.

I want either the Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS, Mazda Miata, or maybe an ek with the k20 motor.

Any thoughts and opinions?

Why would any of us know? This is your first post.

But seriously, if those are your options pick the Impreza, nice sound of that boxer engine, good performance and AWD system, and a much better reputation and larger respect on the streets.

The Miata is going to be the cheapest and arguably the most enjoyable car there. There is a HUGE community for the cars out there, so you're likely able to find a way to do just about anything to the car.

If I had extra cash, I'd have a Miata in my garage right now.

What do you intend to do with the car you choose? Is it going to be a daily driver, an auto-x car, etc.

If you have something else you can drive, I'd say go with a Miata. I never used to be a fan of them, until I read about this one:

Click the picture if you want to read more about it. It's probably the coolest Miata I've ever seen. Like YSSMAN said, out of those three, the Miata is probably the car you're going to get the most enjoyment out of. I know I would.

I hate to say this but a Miata w/Ford 302 V8 sounds tasty. I knew someone who did it and it was a riot.

I cant fit into a miata, but if you can they have some fun things for them. Id like to do a foxbody mustang and drag race it (legally). Pretty cheap to get into running fast numbers. Might be fun on autocross/road race too. If you set it up for that of course.

I can't fit in a Miata either. But since the choices were limited I had no choice. If we were allowed to vote for something else I would of actually recommended the SVT Focus or a Foxbody Mustang GT.

If you can find one in decent shape, the Dodge Neon R/T and ACR both had good reputations as cars that were easy to modify and of course ran quite hard on the track. Although, I have no idea how easy (or hard?) it would be to find a proper car that would be able to race...
