Oh I see, I thought it was a 60 gig because of your first post. I'm sure a fat PS3 will be worth a lot on eBay, especially if yours has gone 4 years reliably. 👍
I've had a 250 gig slim PS3 for about 3 years now, didn't take out any extended warranty and I'm glad I didn't because it's never gone wrong. Definately worth the money.

Well, yes If you think its going to brake down every 2 years per repair. Then yes, if you think slims will last longer than 3 years, no CP is not worth it.
Insurance is allways just a gamble with the electrical component failure rates.
UK made fuse inside the TV failed after 11 years of heavy use. 5 mins later and 5p later it was fixed.
