Cool music question

Hey guys, I was watching Night Drifter's FF Drifting Tribute, which is a really neat video, and I am trying to figure out what the song is playing in the background. I know it's an Initial D song, but I can't understand the lyrics because they are in Japanese. The link is here:

, but it doesn't seem to work. To give you an idea of what the song is I remember it is played during the race between the Sil-Eighty and Emperor's Evo IV in the Extra Stage. When the Evo IV crashes the music is playing, so if anybody could help me out, I would very much apreciate it. Thanks.

It doesn't sound as good as the Japanese version but I can't find it on that list. I'll try searching for it on KaZaA.

i just found it on Kazaa after a little searching. The track is just called "Impact Blue - (Japanese)", so I guess the title of that song is Impact Blue if anyone wants to know.
