Good question! I don't know! I suppose they could have made a small bridge out of a long ladder between the dock and the boat. Or, they could have brought in some kind of manlift and lowered the bucket next to the door.

Yeah, probably a combination boat and ladder situation. What impresses me is how the door is simply left open, and the car is leaning a little to the left. Makes me think she jumped.

She could have climbed out between the open door, and the A-pillar, then climbed onto the windshield and over the car, but I doubt it.
