No its a trainer, instead of typing the cheat, you set them to one letter/word so you can keep tapping them.

I watched it at work--its pretty cool but he did essentially the same thing 8 or 10 times--just did it at different places around vice city-- he should have made an edited down version.

What you missed---

He made about 20-30 cars helicopters and tanks spawn in the same place (they sort of stacked on top of each other) and then as the tanks fall on the other cars they explode and fly all over the place-- he did this-- beach, downtown, airport. Its not worth a 12 hour download though.
 
This and the next 3 are for people without broadband-- this is one of the few where the cars did not hit tommy--this is so you go an idea of what you are missing.

That was also pretty funny how the latin dude down there got scrapped, looks like his head blew off in one of the blasts, I love it when that happens. :lol: (Or maybe he got plastered by that Hotring Racer when he had his hands up in pic 3)

Yep, they programmed different buttons to spawn different cars--- the cars all spawn in a second or two and then blow up-- the elapsed time in the 4 pics is about 10-12 seconds on the clip-- the clip is about 2:30 but it has credits on it at the end.

Yep. I tried it, and it does EXACTLY what High On Life said. Maybe I'll get some more later. Who wants some more? :)
