Coolest overtaking ever!

Guys, I have to share the coolest overtaking ever to be seen in GT5. Well, I was the overtaken car...., I just cannot pull something like this off.
I just passed the guy and was seeing him in the rearview mirror, when he nosed up by 30 degrees and made an immaculate jump landing just in fron of me. It was sooo funny, I had to share.
Of course, this was a lag bug or something, but anyway. Enjoy:



It was much cooler from the driver's seat, while racing. It looked so real.

Just to mention that there is no crest or bump there (a minute and a half down the Nordschleife, the downhill in the beginning of 2nd section).

Where does that car come from? It's not on either video before it appears, has it glitched under the road (causing some of the smoke)? I had the opposite happen in GT5 Prologue. Someone overtook me driving on the roof of the tunnel in Eiger!

That's caused by lag and bad path prediction and bound checking. Networking code in GT5 is getting worse after each update.

I remember reading that Road And Track said that Kaz helped them "road test" the Speed Racer car in the new movie... don't know what to say about that...

I'll try to find the magazine in my collection, but I did recently throw a whole bunch out.
