Vercetti's own mission, "Cop Land". First of all, can you even PASS this mission? I've done it so many times and those FBI Ranchers and Enforcer just ram the heck out of me. Before I can even get to Pay N' Spray, my car is exploded, and Lance is dead. My getaway car is a Police car, and Pay N' Spray won't even ACCEPT it. Any advice from experts?

You just gotta know where the Stars are. First of all, leave your cop car sitting at the southeast entrance of the Vice Point mall. Get in and wait till Lance gets in as well, then go east, take a sharp turn and go down the slope in front of the mall so you pick up the star. That way you've already got only 4 stars which is so much easier than 5 stars.

Next, you've got to make your way towards the Vice Point Pay'n'Spray. You've probably still got a cop car so pass the Pay'n'Spray and take a left through the fenced area and pick up the other star. Thay way you're already down to 3 stars.

That makes it a lot easier. Keep going until you hit the next star at the grassy area before you come to the Malibu.

Congrats. You're already down to 2 stars. It should be now easy enough to make it the rest of the way to the Mansion at Starfish Island.

I just went to the Vercetti mansion with 3 flat tires in the same cop car and miraculously I didn't blow up.
 
It's also possible to drop 2 stars be the method I already mentionded and pick up the Checkpoint Chopper by the Pay'n'Spray and make it home with only 3 stars.

Then again, the easiest way is to drop 3 stars before you hit the Starfish Island bridge and be done with it.

This mission wasn't too hard for me but I still had to redo it a few times times until I remembered I had Diaz's damage proof admiral stored up so I grabbed that and did it easily.

Maybe if your having a lot of trouble, try using a helicopter to get there and back.
 
I took a heli to fly to where the garage was and parked in that lil grass spot across the street and so I just had to drive like a block and hop in the chopper and it was bye bye copper ;) hehe
 
You can always use the Enforcer that's a strong law enforcement vehicle. Better than the police at least.
 
It's not really that hard to drive with Enforcers after you. Besides, why do you think there's a car near the star that's behind NPM? Just get that star, get into whatever vehicle might be parked near there, and make your way to the Pay N' Spray. I've gotten there with an Oceanic with 4 stars on me (or maybe it was 5, can't recall).

Enforcers can't handle for nothing anyway (when driven by the AI) FBI Ranchers do, I'll give you that.

Vote "Down With Other Parties" in the GTP-E.

Ahem, I think the tank is an ideal vehicles for this mission. Anything that tries to kill you dies. It's also a law enforcement vehicle.
 
Don't you blow your cover with you driving up in a tank to the North Point Mall?

Dunno, haven't tried it, but it's a law enforcement vehicle and it sounds like a good idea.
