No you can't (with an ordinary pen flashdrive). You need a dedicated hardware/software solution, like MaxDrive.

You can download your photomode pics to your pendrive though (to save a lot of space).

Go HERE to see about cheat devices that allow you to transfer replay DATA. You NEED a video capture device, check the video forums, to actually save the video.
