Allo.

I would like to join LMP along with @TexasTyme214. Were still testing between Speed 8, and R18. Our Team name will be "Ice Cold Racing" (ICR). I know I will miss a couple races, and Texas might as well, so I hope that's alright. We might be back for a full season next time though;).

I think the R18 is great without the turbo on it... That's what I think deterred all of the other teams. Really twitchy and unpredictable.
 
Memto I need to talk to you because I don't think I ever touched the pit in line I know I came close but made sure I never touched it also I think the jump start infraction is bogus. I feel there are some bad calls especially on the lap3 incident.
You do not need to talk to me at all, the calls are made based on hours of watching and re-watching everything to make sure everything is taken into account and then passed on to the other stewards who look through and give their thoughts on it as well and then brought back to me so we can discuss the final result of the incident. If you wish to insult us by saying that what we do is bogus then go ahead but trust me, Im standing by my teams decision and do not insult myself and others who take many hours out of their day to make this happen.

As for the jump start, it wasn't a jump start in the sense that you accelerated before the green was called, but rather the fact you weren't in the correct position when green was called, same for Glen.

In my eyes also, the lap 3 incident is a racing incident. You left the door open, he made the pass. On exit he had a snap of oversteer, which he collected, but in doing so, ran a little wider into you. No damage was caused, and there was still room on your outside, it was just unfortunate that Zovo managed to get passed as well, but, had you not have been out of position at the start, you would have probably been behind Zovo anyway.

from my tv it doesn't look like I touvhed it and I still don't think I did as for the jump zovo lagged way back I don't think we should be penalized for his mistake it also looks like zovo topped out in 2nd causing it too look worse than it was also not trying to insult you and your team but I just don't think the initial start call is very fair. sorry if I insulted you

A pair of announcements from me:

Interviews: Anyone willing to donate some of their time to me for an interview about all things CORE and Motor racing in general, please drop me a PM. It'd be good to keep momentum going for the series during the month long break.

Driving: After a little while away from the driving seat (well, DS3), I feel I can hop back behind the wheel in WEC once more. From Brands onwards, I am available to drive as a reserve, and if anyone wants me to be part of their team I'd certainly consider it.

Hello,

the best way to tell if you have crossed the line is to watch the replay in "Exterior view" and hold in look back. From the behind view the sides of the car block your view.

Oh and me and RACECAR will be teaming up and racing in the LMP class.

God these cars feel like **** with the tyer bug. They feel great before hand.
 
Yeah the cars really lose all feel when you pit. Feels like you're driving around in cheese. :P Does make it harder to spin though.. guess that is good for someone who have a tendency to spin out. ^^

So you're in as full timer now then? Nice to see the LMP field filling up. :)

Something tells me it may overfill. :lol: My opinion is that there should always be more GTEs than LMPs but I can't go against popular decision.
 
Yeah weird how the GTE class seems to be losing participants.. I wonder if richy and leftfordead will come back, haven't heard from them in a while.
 
So far I have a 1:13.700 as my quickest time on race tires... Still gotta get some more practice in but I'm loving the car's handling. Gets a little squirrelly at the end of the stint though.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, in all honesty i cab with grading lol got far to much on my plate to worry about that, also @MC CAULEY and @RACECAR will be choosing before you for the car as they have been signed up and waiting for a few weeks now, but their decision will come very soon as to which car they will be driving. That said, welcome to the WEC and best of luck ;)

Hello,

I will be running 5 lap races around Monza tonight from 8pm. I'll be using the LMPs with the Chamionship specs..

This isn't testing as I'll be running with the tyers before the pit bug, for the fun and feel of it.

I was racing like this last night and had great fun. Please join if you want some side by side action.

Friend me or look of the Lobby called, LMP Practice.

There will be off the grid starts.

Racecar which car would you like to run? I'll race anything as they all feel like **** with the tyer bug.

No wait, I'll test the Bentley first, just in case it's way faster than the Audi.

Actually guys, what are the pros and cons of those two cars?
 
audi is con in itself the car only has one pro. It is fast for about the first 5-10 laps in the race after that the car is terrible.

I haven't tested the bentley but it seems to be pretty stable and with the right tune and driver combo it can probably contend for a win overall

Haha there is a reason why people switched out of it, but if anyone can fix the Audi it's @MC CAULEY and @Mini Stiggy
