I lost a 100% game. I started a championship and backed out after two races. I backed out to the main map screen and it auto saved. When it was done I turned the PS2 off (like I had done many many times before). The next time I started up the PS2 the game said my game data was curupted. It took me 3 months to get 100% then only took me 1 month to complete. And with more gold medals in the license tests. So, I think it was worth it to have to do it all again.
