Corrupted Data Question Help

Im sorry to make a thread of this but i need help. So yesterday when i was playing GT5 my PS3 said a message saying it was to hot bla bla bla and then got turned off by itself. Then he was flashing the red light i clicked and he stoped and was turned off. I turned on again and said that that some files may be corrupted and he was going to restore the files may take 2/3 hours in case of damage.
I waited 3/5 minutes and it was good again. But when i was searching for the save datas, the GT5 one is corrupted! The PS3 was NOT hot and he said that was idk why. Ok everything seems to be ok, but the save data of GT5 is corrupted.

So now what you guys recommend me too do? Im afraid of playing GT5 again :nervous: My last backup of my save data of GT5 was on October and since then i bought and won a lot of cars/events including that rare Nissan GTR Academy Version from that event that PD puted in the game. Please help me!
 
Did you back up any of the data on external hard drive or usb? If not you may have to restart the game.
 
Sorry man what did you mean? I have a back up of the save data on my USB Pendrive but it is from October 2011
 
Dude that doesnt work for corrupted or broken save game files. The only thing i can do now is delete the save game data and put the one that ive backed up on October :\

Edit: Already done that... :ouch:

Now what guys... should i play GT5? Or take a little break because of all this? :indiff:
