I took the Classic Car Tune found here and noticed the PP took a significant drop when changing a few settings. I was looking for a tune for this car, and wanted to use it for WTC600 Championship (Red Bull - rain, Suzuka, and Dragon Trail).
I don't know if this is a glitch, or if PD thinks it is just undrivable - it is not stable, but it will win all 3 races - and net 460,000 credits in about 30 minutes with CRB. For Red Bull in the rain, here's my settings:
