When I first read the title I thought you had combined the three cars together. Why do you put your name on top of everything? If someone wanted to use it as their background (not talking about this particluar photoshop), then they wouldn't because of your big name on the top of the picture.

Yeah this sounds like something that involves the RIAA... I have to fall on sony's side that I wouldn't want people just stealing my stuff either but then I want to be able to share it with everyone as well. I'm reluctant to show mine but then again I've been avoiding posting because I don't want to look stuck up. Just because I've been drawing longer than some, obviously means I'm gonna draw better (if not it sucks to be me) that's not a reason to "show off". Like I've been saying I'm not that great but I'd like to help people get better if I could.

Instead of writing your name all over the piece you're working on, would it be posibble to just attach a watermark?

I'm not sure how it's done though.. I know that PSP7 has an option to attach a watermark.

EDIT : Yeap, Photoshop 7 allows you to do that too. Taken from PS7 help files :

Embedding digital watermarks

To embed a watermark, you must first register with Digimarc Corporation--which maintains a database of artists, designers, and photographers and their contact information--to get a unique creator ID. I put my name on my work, but I make sure it's small, and if it's supposed to be a desktop, I make my name so it's hidden by the Start bar. On this one especially, removing my name is easy. But truthfully, I don't care. Take my work, mess around with it... Just don't change 10 pixels and call it your work. That would piss me off.
