Could my game be corrupted?

I am not sure as to where all of these issues originate from but after deleting the main game data due to lack of space on my hard drive and re updating to the latest version I am having a few weird glitches which prevent the game from working properly. So to start off: right before I deleted the game I remember buying the Audi R10 Race Car then turning off the console completely and after a few weeks of not playing the game I had to update and after the update I've noticed an orange ! mark on the car thumbnail. When I press triangle nothing happens and the game crashes to home screen. Also creating a "thumbnail for all cars" does nothing and just crashes to home screen as well, the bar would never fill up. I am not much of a debug guy so any help you guys have would be greatly appreciated. :nervous:
I should also mention that the car issue only happens after updating the game. If I do not update the game I am able to use the car.

Ringing customer services and demanding them to fix it would be your best bet. My data has been corrupted twice because my power wire slipped out. I had to start from level 0 all over again. I would has easily exceeded level 45 by now if this never happened.

PMSL, power wire slipped out, and level 45, hmm dont think anyone will be reaching that power wire or not.

Power cables dont just slip out they are made with a tight fit mate for safety, unless your using the wrong lead.

I would have learned my lesson the first time and back up the save file lol. Twice, really? I have to pull at mine to get it out :confused:

Oh ya, you know the level only goes up to 40, right?
 
I would back up the save first. Then sell and remove all the problem cars. Then update and see if the issue is fixed. You may have to rebuy cars but the game working is more important.
