They're freebies. You get 10 of each. (Oil, carwash, engine rebuild, total car restore)

Edit: Might also be five for the total car restore-coupons. Not sure.

Update 2.02 included 10 free coupons for each of the following:
car wash, oil change, engine rebuild and restore chassis rigidity.
To receive the 5 car restoration coupons, you had to have purchased at least one of the October 2011 DLC packs.

These services are so affordable that I wonder why they took their time to include these tickets. They make absolutely no difference considering how much cash players can collect within a few minutes of racing.

I thought the same thing as to why do we need them. The only people that could benefit from them is beginners that just started and bought their first used car. Me personally have only need to do an engine restore a handful of times and were about a 120k.
