Course creator & Rally

Has anybody had experience with the new course creator yet? if so how do you acess it and what are some quick tips
The second question I have is has anybody done rally events yet, and if so, where are they? I'm just itching to tune some crazy rally monsters

Course Creator is coming in a later patch, there's a dirt series of races but outside of that I've seen no rally anywhere.

What are these dirt races called, and what is the payout?
