CR-X understeer issues?

been trying to beat 1:07.5 around tsukuba in:
CR-X SiR '90 @ 375pp with 146 hp
on sports hards
Current tune is
RH) -20/-10
SR) 8.4/3.4
EXT) 7/9
Com) 5/8
ARB) 2/7
Camber) 2.1/1.5
Toe) -0.20/-0.20

LSD
40/40/40
Brake bal) 6/4

any tips on reducing understeer to get it going faster? FF cars arent usually my thing
