I tired to turn off TC, just for fun to see how the car handles! Damn! This is maybe the most aggressive car on gas output I've seen in a while! It felt like driving on ice! I need to treat that pedal better than treating my wife's feelings... that's a lot!!!

The car feels a whole lot different without TCS on. But if you really want to bear the whole weight of the M4 AK, try running it with both TCS and ABS off. With them on, one can ride the brakes all the way to the Apexes. With them off, that's a recipe for dissaster.

Well how close is that for 1st place now!! Mental car, sounds like a cat purring when the TC kicks in....And Hamsters don't like pussy cats!

I prefer it without the control of the traction!

I was losing grip at both ends of the car, kind of washing out of every turn. Probably because it's instinctive to try and muscle RWD cars around turns but; with the Traction control on, I just ended up going entirely too fast. I am surprised I didn't get an off track penalty on laps 3, 4 and, 7. I know I had all 4 on the outside rumble strips of the first turn.​

i was 2 10sts slower without TC and it seemed more interested in going ROUND more than sideways. Of course I' a CRAP drifter. Usually if I think I'm drifting I'm actually crashing

I will give this drifting thing a try. I've never been good at drifting in Forza...

But I have my own issues with Forza's Physics and what ever they have done to controls.

I gotta admit I too am faster with the TC on factory Drifting over crests is not easy! I think I was about 1/2 sec slower without the assist, but mostly it was invalidated or spun-out laps through pushing too hard

The drifting is just beyond my comprehension. I tried to come to grips with the art form, but that level of car control eludes me. So I put Traction control back to Factory and ran laps...

I'm happy to say I found a few places where I made up some time. I'm now sitting at a 0:54.576.

Not bad at all.

And I am going to need a replacement wheel pretty soon. The CSR is starting to make a squeaking sound as I used it. And the FFB started to fade considerably around the 13th lap. I'm letting it's fan cool the unit down cause it started to smell like a Tesla at full tilt. Looks like I might be replacing the CSR with a CSL Xbox Ed in the near term.

LOL. The changes in the TC seemed to help a lot. Hopefully with some time to run, I might actually be up there with the front runners.

Until then, I will keep watch of the rear.
