The new CRAP PCARS 2 TT is:

The Ferrari 288 GTO At The Nordschleife!!

To be done in “Time Trial” mode using stock setup (if you have a saved setup for this combo, please return it to “default” before trying, as times with the “setup used” symbol will show in the in game timing screen, and won’t be counted!) You can use driver aids if you wish! Post an in game screenshot of your time and post it here for it to count, Good luck!! ;)

This TT will end on Sunday night, the 12th of May.

Cheers mate lol! If you think the PCARS 2 TT is tough, wait til you give the Assetto one a go! I've just managed to do a lap after about 100 attempts! :D But it's great fun though.....I'll be giving this one a go, tomorrow! ;)
 
Actually I think I'll stay on 'Loose' here, although I haven't tried 'Stable' yet (it looks like it has too high tyre pressures, but maybe that doesn't cause as much of a hit in PC2 as it does in AC). Anyway, at least I can get it round for a valid lap :D

I don't know what tyre Stable and Loose end up using; it's set to "automatic by weather" in the setup. Slick? Whatever it is, it's quite grippy! OEM setup uses 'Summer' tyre - I'm tempted to give that a try to see how it compares to AC's 'Street'... edit: 7:54, so quite a bit faster.

This Tommi Makinen Lancer is a fun little motor, 99% sure it'll be next week's TT car...Any suggestions for a track to run it on would be welcome! ;)

I think this being a rally car is nice to drive around a track rally-like or at least a point-to-point trajectory!
So something maybe like the Azure coasts or California highways? 💡

Haha I dunno.....I didn't feel I had much more time left with my 7:41 the other day. 6 seconds is a lot!!

Hopefully this won't get me banned from GTP lol, but I don't enjoy driving it very much - just too long a lap for my taste. Love watching racing there, watch every VLN race and the 24hr is on my bucket list to visit, but not my favourite to try to set a time on at all.

That said, I do at least now have a time. It even starts with a 7, which given where I was at yesterday is a bonus :lol: - 7:47.021

Nice time mate, and I get you about Nords....I hated it to begin with, but with time, I started to see the attraction, and now can't get enough of it! :D It's more fun in road cars to me than racing versions, especially on Assetto, the cars feel so alive there!!
 
I had a really great lap going just before this, 2.8 secs up on my previous 7:35.9... but I binned it big time going into Pfanzgarten :( A tiny little wobble turned into a total write-off, lol! That is an evil section for this car.

I had a very quick go earlier too, good fun, on loose, and she likes to slide at high speed...
