how is the intercooler placement?

the scoops on it are useless because they face the rear window, it would be better if it had a roof scoop. I mean look at it the hood would come down and block the center of the two intercoolers and the scoops are practically touching the rear window, how are they supposed to get any air? especially under the high speed vacuum.

Take a closer look Professor... You can see that the hood is hinged all the way at the top, and the scopes will therefore be higher thus efficiently ramming air into the intercoolers.. Just admit the other guy is right and get over it...
 
It's possible that if the guy went to the trouble of adding turbos and an intercooler, he'd also had a snorkel to the roof, like on a lot of tuned MR2s.
 
Say what you want, effective or not........it works and it has 1278hp.

Hell, I wouldn't care less if that damn thing is working, its more than enough power anyway.:eek:

:O didn't notice that! But the pic I posted looks like a different diablo than the one where you can see the scoops.

Yeahthey look differnt, unless the car was changed. But if you get more pics of THAT one you will see where the ventilation is coming from, no one would put all that into the car and not think about that.
 
What is the likely hood that the turboes and intercoolers and piping are the same, the car color is the same, but the cars are completely different... The hood isnt een on in the original pic posted here, so i would think that its logical to say it wasnt done in that pic :D

unless its the same kind of kit.
 
Same kit on the same color car... coincidence... Even if it is, the hood isnt on in the first pic so how do we know there are not scoops...
