My DLC is delayed but I guess the best thing to do would be to not put your DLC in mygranturismo.net. I guess what PD wants is to use and enjoy the paints and gear and not necessarily be able to collect it and trade it. I am in some long sends at the moment.

But anyone looking at your list (like I did) will think that you can send them back some of those items which you cannot and that will cause great confusion.
