CRB indicator

The rules for CRB seem very inconsistent. There are some races I rarely get CRB and other races like Sardegna where I almost always, even after significant gravel/wall/ai contact. Tokyo seems like even the slightest contact kills the CRB.

My question, is there anything on the screen I am missing that would let me know if I still have it or not while I'm in the race? If not, I think it should be a feature in the HUD. Waiting until I finish 3 laps at Blue Moon is fine, but 2 laps into 15 at Spa is another matter.

2 points: To be clear, I am talking about arcade mode and not multiplayer, I realize there is a sportmanship indicator in the online mode, but I'm exclusively arcade mode player. Also to be clear "just don't break rules" suggestions are not helpful, that is not what I am asking.

Yep.

Nope.

Basically there's four disqualifying features which are applied differently depending on the race - light contact, heavy contact, off-track, yellow flag penalty - but there's no information conveyed as to which and how for any given race. Only, as far as I'm aware, a penalty for ignoring yellow flags, guarantees CRB loss in every race.

I'd say at least it should be in the event regulations. Not so sure about the HUD, although we do have emojis now so why not.

That and a toggleable track limits indicator. We had one in the GT6 Moon missions so why not somewhere useful?

Well to be fair to PD, navigation limits on the moon were probably a good idea lest we drive off into space. :gtpflag:

Thank you everyone for the excellent responses. Does PD look at any suggestions on any forum or feedback either here or anywhere else? specifically for requests like this one, or others?

It's been known to happen but the frequency and depth are unknown AFAIK.

You'd expect an occasional glance just to help keep its finger on the pulse, but it's only speculation at this point.

Yes.

However, whether it elects to implement any of it is a different question entirely.
