I've attempted a world map which is as up to date as I could manage. I left the US and Canada blank because it would take forever to put the states and provinces in.

What countries are those two blue ones in Africa? I don't remember.

Edit: Oh Turquoise is pretty much the same as light blue.

Paradise territory would like to announce it's $25 Billion investment in weaponry has paid off, over a year's time, we have developed a confidential weapon. We would like to begin by sending 500,000 troops to take control of Spain.

I am pleased to announce that 300,000 men have been accepted to train for military service. In 5 years (10 real-life days), these men will be accepted into the army itself.

In addition, 50,000 troops are being sent to Vancouver not to invade, but to protect against the Central Federated States of Canada, and deter them from attacking.

Military Distribution:

California: 200,000.
Arizona: 100,000.
Nevada: 100,000.
Oregon: 100,000.
Utah: 100,000.
New Mexico: 150,000.
Texas: 174,000.
Washington: 101,400.
Idaho: 101,400.
Barbados naval base: 26,000.
Vancouver protection force: 50,000.
Border/Idle Troops: 500,000.
New Jahgeeian assistance force: 500,000.

Total number of troops: 2,203,800.

$4,000,000,000 is going towards development of the "War Machine", a vehicle with machine guns (to mow down infantry), AA guns (to shoot down aircraft), firing ports (for infantry to fire out of), and rocket launchers (to take out vehicles and to work as artillery). This vehicle also has bulletproof armor, and uses missile shield technology to protect against missiles and rockets, making this a very powerful tool if I were to wage war.

Budget: $40,000,000,000.

In other news, the USS declares war on Paradise, due to constant incursion near our territory. The P.E.F. is locking down in west Portugal, and will wait for 250,000 land troops and 50k Sea and air forces. 500k Troops will lock down Florida and Puerto Rico, and the rest 400k will split between Tennesse and Louisiana.
 
The USS is developming the NAIV, New Age Infintry Vehicle, a modified Hummer with a 50.cal mini gun, improved armor, a radar and a 600-hp engine. In 3 years, 6 days real time, 6,000 of these will be in the force. Trade with our allies is the fund for this, so our bank stays at 37,5 billion.

In support of my alliance, I shall send 60k ground soldiers, 100 F-35 Lightnings, various naval ships, and the second team of FAST operators for your disposal.
 
The USS will use the MSSR support cover Florida and Puerto Rico, save the FAST Team. They will accompany the 500k forces from Florida and Puerto Rico to invade the Bahamas and fortify it.

Also, MSSR has began the preliminary stages of a new, advanced bulk squadron. Around 2k soldiers will be in this small force.
These soldiers will be trained by my FAST operators and each squad will be lead by 1 veteran FAST member.

These squads will consists of 5 members each:
Squad Leader. (Current FAST operative and best soldier in the squad.)
Marksman: (Equipped with a state-of-the-art .338 Sniper rifle with an X-ray imaging scope, and integrated suppressor)
Demolitions: (Equipped with a new type of C4 branded with a new, highly explosive resin, and a newly created AT8 launcher).
Scout: (Equipped with a newly created cloak that has a chameleon effect on ones surroundings)
Assault: (Equipped with a improved version of the aged HK 416, the MSK 419.)

5B, and my trade profits with my various allies will go to the creation of these elite squads.

Current budget: 34.5B
