I have one question: How is combat decided, and are there still battles? There hasn't been any battle results since my invasions of Oregon, Utah, and New Mexico.

This action will not be tolerated. 20,000 New Aztec Marines are being sent to help New Jahgeeia "defend" Venezuela. These Marines are part of my assistance force, with the other 480,000 waiting for an invasion or defense.

Antonio Vergas' troops are experiencing heavy fire from Gregovich Sanders supporters in the New Hope Region.

Gregovich Sanders' troops are bombing down key New Hope cities, such as Bartino and Lokkitek.

Darrel Fitzpatrick and Nillson Ebacht have claimed the borders of their territories in the Burgosh region, with Nillson claiming the former Haiti area and Darrel claiming the former Dominican Republic area. Both have sent troops into the borders.
 
Winnenois pulls out of Texas fight, due to the Compromise reached.

Winnenois sends a total of 50,000 troops to claim Missouri, Iowa, and the Dakotas (if not claimed).

Arktakeh is in talks with the various tribes of Alaska. If everything goes well, Alaska will join the nation of Arktakeh within the next year, adding a small amount to our population (1million-ish). This is in the mutual intrests of both Arktakeh and the various tribes of Alaska. The various tribes of Alaska will be completely protected by the bear division of Arktakeh's military, and Arktakeh will have complete accsess to the many natural resources of Alaska, most importantly, all of the materials found in hydrogen fuel cells, solar panels, and wind turbunes. There are a couple of grizzly bear tribes who are not yet willing to join Arktakeh, so we must continue talks for a while until a fair agreement can be reached. We expect this process to be completed anytime from 3-12months, assuming nothing goes horribly wrong...

Unstability has struck the Southern Texas region (anything South from El Paso to Corpus Christi). 74,000 of the 174,000 troops in the Texas garrison have been deployed to major cities in this region, and $250,000,000 has been divided up among the citizens (not $250,000,000 to each citizen). If the unstability worsens, I fear that South Texas might form it's own nation.

$3,000,000,000 is going towards recruitment of 300,000 more troops. Each soldier's pay will be $10,000 (as $3B / 300,000 = $10,000.)

Budget: $44,000,000,000.

Cool, though I think my 125000 is enough to take over Venezuela, they aren't a world power. Your troops can go to our training facility in Antarctica to train with ours and bring our knowledge and tactics back to the New Aztec Empire.

Seeing as how things are moving...

The M.S.S.R. Empire has invested 1.5B in starting funds for an elite guard of 2,000 Soldiers. This "F.A.S.T" Team is highly trained, high-speed operators. They have specialized weapons, aircraft, and gear.

Also, we would like to further our defenses of the following countries with 10,000 more soldiers each:
Samoa: total 50,000/25 Fleets of aircraft carriers.
Polynesia: total 50,000/15 Fleets of aircraft carriers.
Tonga: total 50,000/10 Fleets of aircraft carriers.
All surrounding islands/Hawaiian Islands: total 400,000/Rest of Navy/Air Force. (Including Elite Guard-in training)


That is all.

Don't even think about touching Beirut.

sending a force of 200 of my interceptors, part of my air force. you have a choice: decline or lose part of your air division. Also I will be sending two transport ships, each with 5,500 soldiers to defend beirut and they will be stationed there until you make your decision. I am also requesting that Brookistan and Canada back me up in this situation. Lebanon stays neutral. no need to annex it.
