Unfortunately I don't know of any subdivisions of the Siberian Federal District other than the small oblasts in the south, whereas I want the north, which is far as I know (and as far as my quick research has shown) has no subdivisions. I'd be willing to take a smaller portion of it for it to be in the acceptable size. If you read my app I didn't actually request all 3 complete federal districts (Siberian, Ural and Far East), but certain adjoining subdivisions within them, including the Krasnoyarsk Krai. I know that the 3 entire districts would be WAY too big, which is why I didn't request them. I can repost my requested territories if it helps.

I'm stationing 500k Stateside, and putting the rest 1.05 Million into the Japan Invasion Force. RMAS and MSSR have 700k. That's 1.7 Million, plus Sea and Air. We're coming, so if you want to pull out whoevers still there do it.

We do not want war, we want Japan to be left alone. We will defend Japan, and if you declare war, then it shall happen. Also, it is not 1.7 million plus sea and air. Troops include sea and air troops too.

UEEN also now spends $1 billion in recruitment of 150k land troops, 50k sea troops, and 100k air troops.

I did say your maths was wrong, max population is 50 million. Max starting military is 2.5 million.
