Creating Cars

I new to this so i dont know if this has already been asked and answerd. When i first discoverd this site there as all kinds a ar that were being created. How do you create new cars?

You don't create them here.

You go out and buy the software used to creating cars or unlocking them.

I'm sorry, you'll just have to do some research on that board. If you read the sticky thread, you'll see that mk's program (which is free) is the key. You don't actually create cars as mix and match the parts already in GT3. Do some reading and searching on that board; there's plenty of information on the back pages.
