Creating Games and Add Ons

I need help. I want to get into game design and add ons but need help on how to do it. I race cars in relife and want to make my PC games pleasable, even more at least. Please help me!

Visual Basic? Where the hell does that factor in, in add on creation?

3d Studio Max and C++. Probably the 2 main things, and you would have to find a game engine to use.....unless you make your own, but that would be alot of work. Here, id recommand going to http://www.onlineracing.cc goto the message board and talk to randy about it. He's making a dirt racing game there, and he can probably get you started...

O BTW, addons for each game varies, so can give ya a solid answer to that, each game requires different programs to make addons...
