Does GT5 have those guys who jump out of the crowd to take photos of you? I haven't noticed and I don't have time to check. I thought it had always been a nice touch.

Yes there are. Just watch for the flash. 👍 They don't jump out so much but usually stand behind a barrier. London is a good example.

If you are talking about GT4 where people would be literally on the track (usually a dirt track), take a picture, then go back to where it was safe before you reached them,
then the answer would be no.
But there are people who take photos of you.

No, not in GT5, I remember in the older games they used to jump out into the road (just like real oldschool WRC) on the rally tracks like in GT4, but unfortunately not in GT5.
