CSR Elite Pedals - Acceleration with GT5

Hi all,

I just got my CSR/Pedals/Shifter kit the other day, and it works fine with F4, but when I connected it to the PS3 everything works except the accelerator.
Driving in game shows it is reading slight input on the pedal, but not enough to move the car. Brake works fine.

I've been fiddling with the settings but I can't figure out how to get it working. I am missing something but not sure what.

Anyone with the gear have any tips?
 
I have to reset the wheel to PS3 after powering down sometimes.

There is a button on the wheel you push along with the x button I believe.

Instructions on the Fanatec site tell you how to reset the wheel to ps3 mode.

I will check that out. I know how to turn it on into PS3 mode after you connect it (back and connect button at the same time).
 
This has happened to me twice so far; I just turned the wheel off and then back on and it worked correctly. However, if it happens again, it's going to be a bigger problem now because the wheel isn't saving my settings anymore, so I'd have to go through and correct all of them afterward. Needless to say, I'm hoping to not have to do that. :)

The setting save issue seems fairly common as well. Hopefully they can get these issues corrected efficiently.
 
Hmm, I just turned everything on for the first time today and it is working now. Nothing has changed except it works...
 
When I change to PS3 mode on my CSR, I have to do it twice;

Turn wheel on, let it calibrate.

Press Select and ((( button for two seconds. Wheel centers itself.

Press Select and ((( button for two seconds. The little blue PS3 dot appears and it works great.
